Return And Refund Policies
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We are proud of the quality of our products and our uncomplicated service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt. You are only responsible for the return shipping costs incurred.
Any product you return must be in the condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt for your return (electronic receipt is fine). Damaged or missing items must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will try to identify the problem and offer a suitable solution such as repair or replacement.

What costs can be incurred for a return:
There are no processing fees for returns as long as we receive them within the 14 calendar days. After the 14 calendar days, a processing fee of CHF 25.00 will be charged. If the goods have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded. We will contact you immediately after receipt of the goods.
The return shipping costs are always at your expense.
Which articles cannot be returned or exchanged:
The following article groups are excluded from exchange or return: All products of the Viva-Natural line which you have returned to us for length adjustment.
